SHIPPING POLICY

Due to COVID-19, there may be some delays in processing times as well as shipping. Typically, it will take 3-7 days to process orders and from there shipping time will be added. Blossomy Rove is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will have to contact carrier for those concerns, but we will offer as much help as we can. If you still cannot get the issue resolved, please email us at blossomyroveorders@gmail.com, so that we may find a suitable solution.  

Return & Exchange Policy

Blossomy Rove will only accept returns in cases in which the product is damaged upon arrival. Please include pictures of damage in an email to blossomyroveorders@gmail.com and return product within 15 days of the delivery date, so that we can take care of those issues quickly.
